My comments always disappear, but her style is frumpy. And long flat hair, makes her older.
I never understand this hairstyle, I see many of these ladies in their 50s want to have it. It hides her earrings too. What is the point.

Frumpy and uninspired is the word for all her recent appearances. And the hair needs an updo atleast for formal events. And there are som inbetween solutions between 10 cm stilettos and flats which looks very informal for a concert that is almost only sitting.
