The literary meetings organized by Chanel are usually twice a year, summer and winter readings. They always take place in the Rue Cambon, Paris ,maybe even in the house of Coco Chanel, 31 Rue Cambon, where a Chanel luxury store is located.
Although you see visitors at the meetings I don't think it's possible for the public to buy tickets. Besides talking to writers Charlotte sometimes invites famous actresses to talk about literature.
Chanel states on their homepage that all meetings are being published on their youtube channel. They never mention that it is possible to get tickets.
