The German ambassador looks pretty weird; unfortunately, she doesn't seem to have any fashion sense. I'm sorry, I find her outfit embarrassing.

The King doesn’t do too many of these anymore, does he? It seems like it’s usually William and Anne. Or maybe it just seems that way.

Congrats to Sir David. I know this is something he’s wanted for a long time. And well deserved.
 
I remember the MBE of the Beatles in 1965 , Sir Paul (Mac Cartney), Sir Richard (Rngo Starr) . In 1969 John Lennon gave his medal back.

It looks like he thoroughly enjoyed his visit.
 
Indeed, a tricky pint to get right, he was well advised by the member of staff with him but also, I suspect, had done it before.
