British Royal Jewels of the Past 2: 2022 -

If you have answers, please help by responding to the unanswered posts.
I think William would have worn his coronet for the Coronation if it had been a coronation where Coronets and Robes had been worn.
I think the only time we could see William in his robes and with his Princely coronet is if William would pose for a formal painting of him as Prince of Wales and the Coronet was placed beside him on a table!

Could the Princess of Wales one day wear the Fife diamond tiara?

No she can not as it never belonged to the Main branch of the british Rf

She would look stunning in this tiara, it's one of my absolute favorites. I guess she could borrow it, but that isn't her style, and the vaults are full of beautiful tiaras. So I agree, we won't see her in it. <sigh>

Given that this thread is called British Royal Jewels of the Past , so that should answer your question.

Has Queen Mary’s lost lozenge tiara been found? Princess Margaret wore it in the 1960’s, but it hasn’t been seen since.
It may have been found being worn by the bride at a Malaysian royal wedding!

And here are pictures!

This video was just uploaded a few minutes ago and has a fascinating history on the Imperial Crown of India that was made for King George V. It also covers the history of the proclamation ceremony for British emperors of India called the Delhi Durbars and how some jewels from India became part of the royal collection or were reattached to other historical pieces currently used by Queen Camilla.

some salacious trivia happens at the 16:34 mark on the video when Queen Mary was scandalized when Prince Francis of Teck gave her mother's family jewels to his mistress. She recovered these jewels back and rescued for the royal collection. Parts of them are now inserted into the Vladimir Tiara QEII was so fond of.

The whereabouts of the Sapphire Sunray Bandeau, brooch and earrings of Queen Mary are unknown.
The tiara was worn frequently by the late Princess Margaret as were the brooch and earrings.

It is interesting how Queen Mary of England had different jewels put together to make the stomacher.

Queen Victoria had a Coral Parure. However, there are no photographs of her wearing any coral jewels. Where are the coral jewels?

Was this brooch sold off after the death of Queen Elizabeth?
If not then its not a jewel of the past.
There is no evidence to suggest that the Women of Hampshire brooch has been disposed off by the BRF.

What a shame that it appears to have been broken up. It’s a very attractive tiara, with a legacy that suggests it should be preserved rather than dismantled.

And a particular favourite of Queen Victoria too!

I have seen these myself on display at KP and the Fife tiara is stunning the diamonds are glorious. shame it isn't in the mainline of the family any longer and not able to be used by the royals

Below I have attached my own personal pics from the display
