I voted for Victoria's pink look and Raina's purple dresses on the 12 and 17.

Nothing really, really leapt out at me this week, but I voted for Crown Princess Victoria's 'Scenes of Stockholm' dress on Sept 14th A, simply because of its unusual design.
Second came Queen Letizia in her nicely coordinated outfit of Sept 14th, and then, a close third, Princess Madeleine of September 13th.
