I voted for the Duchess of Cambridge on February 7 because that blue coat was absolutely gorgeous on her. My runners up would be the Countess of Wessex on February 8, Queen Elizabeth on February 8, Queen Elizabeth on February 9 and the Duchess of Cornwall on February 16.

I voted for Victoria's blue dress, Maxima's red dress, and Maxima's beige outfit on the 7th.

Victoria was elegant in blue. Perfect look. Loved the coat as well

Maxima in her great first look with a fantastic hat comes in close second.

Letizia in her brown/red coat and dress a close third.


Honorable mention to Jetsun. And to Meghan who I loved her plaid coat, but the rest of the black look while nice, just wouldn't win a vote.
