A Royal Visit for the Royal Scots Dragoon Guards at their Scottish Base

The Royal Scots Dragoon Guards had a visit from their Deputy Colonel-in-Chief, the Duke of Kent, today at their base in Scotland. The Duke was given a tour of Leuchars Station, located in Fife, that has been the home base of the regiment since the middle of 2015. The Duke of Kent Hospitalised with Hip Injury

The Duke of Kent has been hospitalised with a hip injury, a Buckingham Palace spokesperson has confirmed. “I can confirm that the Duke of Kent was admitted to Aberdeen Royal Infirmary in Scotland for treatment of a hip injury,” the spokesperson said. The Duke was admitted on Sunday. It is believed he suffered a dislocated hip while staying on the Balmoral Estate.
