Death of the Dowager Countess of Ripalda

It was announced earlier this evening that the Dowager Countess of Ripalda died at the Hospital La Paz in Madrid where she was admitted following a stroke. The Countess, better known as María de la Concepción Sáenz de Tejada y Fernández de Bobadilla, is the mother of Don Jaime de Marichalar, former husband of Infanta Elena of Spain, Duchess of Lugo. Royals Celebrate with Doris Brynner in Paris

Crown Prince and Princess Pavlos of Greece were in Paris on Tuesday night, to attend a reception at the Dior salons which was celebrating Doris Brynner’s appointment to the Order des Arts et des Lettres.
