Belgium’s King Albert II and Queen Paola celebrated the Easter holiday in the Vatican, attending the annual Easter Sunday mass at St Peter’s Square. The couple were greeted by Pope Francis at the end of the mass as he travelled round the Square in the ‘popemobile’ at the conclusion of the mass. The former King was seen taking photographs of the mass with his Nikon during the event.
