Quite frankly, I think the wrapped tin foil the GD is wearing is absolutely hideous :eek: She has been getting it (mostly) right lately, so I cannot see what possessed her to wear it.

RTL archive only goes back to 2001 and Henri became GD in 2000, so there will be nothing, I'm afraid :neutral: But the Grand Duke turned 50 on 16th April, 2005, and if I don't remember incorrectly, there is a plenty of footage from his birthday - just look for the Journal of that date.

And, praise the Lord, he has lost the beard :flowers: It would seem that Felix and Louis and Sebastien take after their father while Guillaume and Alexandra take after the GDess. I may have said this before but the GD is hot :blush:

The language issue is interesting - as Mary comes from an English-speaking country, she hasn't learned any other language before. She probably lacks the tools for learning for example I have from studying five foreign languages from very early on. And she isn't the only one - Letizia hasn't...

I find it sort of funny and very interesting that so many people have such a need to pour all sorts of stuff over Mary - there is no thread like this about Maxima or Mette-Marit or - heaven forbid - Mathilde. Why is that? There must be lots of people out there who don't like any one of them...
