No, the parure doesn't have a ring and this one has a very modern design. Margrethe II used to wear the parure with a large cabochon emerald ring surrounded by smaller diamonds. I don't know if it's private property or part of the family foundation, which you make it at Mary's disposal now.

I believe it's the diamond tiara the late Dowager Duchess lost at an airport. It was later found and returned to her years ago. She used to wear it often at the Caledonia ball. If memory serves me, HG has stated that it's an heirloom.
