I updated the article :) The earrings have been worn a few times before, they're not new. We saw them on the second gala of the State Visit to Denmark, and during the second gala of the birthday festivities of the Norwegian King and Queen.

She also wore them on the gala on April 29, the evening before the inauguration of King Willem Alexander, and on the inauguration itself.

That's not true. In Belgium children are 6 years old when they have their first communion, so I expect it will be next year. I suspect it'll be a private occasion (like their baptisms), but we'll see some pictures.

Tomorrow there's a concert which the entire Belgian royal family - including Mathilde - will attend at the Royal Palace
