Has their been anything said yet if James will be moving to Eton or (or Wellington somewhere) in the Autumn? He'll be 13 in December? With Edward involved so much with the D of E Scheme I wonder if he will attend one of the schools like Wellington (which the Taylor boys attended) or Gordonstoun...
correction
Edward went to an all-boy prep (Heatherdown--since closed) but Gordonstoun was co-ed then. Helen Windsor, Marina Ogilvy and India Hicks went there for a few years as well.
With Edward taking over the D of E patronages I wonder, if not Gordonstoun, then another school in that...
Single/Unmarried Young Royals
Who will be next? Anyone know? I'm saying Lady Ella Windsor, but maybe she's a committed singleton?? Possibly Lord Downpatrick. Beatrice likely needs a good bit more time.
Princess Beatrice
The new Lord Linley--Charles Armstrong-Jones [a bit young]
Samuel and...
Not sure if this is the right forum. Has it been announced if Lady Louise will go to new (secondary) school this year? I do wonder also if James will go to Eton or Gordonstoun or where. With Edward taking on several of his father's causes I wonder if these children will follow Princess Anne's...
Sophie Wessex, Louise and James--were they hidden? Edward was alone in the carriage with other royals
Zara and family
Snowdens
Chattos
Very odd. The Queen's Grandchildren should be there. Zara wasn't, but otherwise they were all there.
The minute they got that photo of her with no slip under her skirt! "Celebrification" I can take--it's CANONIZATION (i.e. Sainthood) that makes me barf.
Glad we've finally been given a glimpse of James Severn this month, too. He was on a barge and was seen visiting his grandfather--he is 30 years younger than Peter Phillips and it must be odd to be coming up on 5 years old and have a Grandfather of 91.
They haven't announced Savanah's godparents or if she had any middle names, but I'd have put money on William as Godfather. Maybe he was and the Queen or Philip stood in for him. For this baby I think if it's a boy they might be a little more traditional. After all Peter is named for his...
I wish Edward would allow a few more photos of his children. No one will ever pick them out in a crowd--especially as soon as William has children they will be all but forgotten. Edward was a beautiful baby.
royals at the funeral
I think the security headache was a major factor. Prince Charles and Camilla had been to Harewood House in the last few years. Prince Michael attended the funeral.
Given that Edward may be made Duke of Edinburgh after his father dies and that he has taken on a lot of the Duke's roles I wonder if Louise and James will attend Gordonstoun? From the 60s/70s royal group at the school it seems few if any have sent their children there. Charles and Norton...
