Was she permitted to stay at Walmer Castle whenever she liked or just for occasions relating to her position as Lord Warden of the Cinque Ports?

She had even more homes than even Prince Charles...

I am aware she only owned the one house which is why I was suggesting she could have transferred another one of them to another royal to keep her costs down. She was drastically overspending her...

I was thinking that if she transferred either CH, RL or Birkhall to another family member it would save her having to pay for the upkeep and staff there.
