Perfect dress for one young beautiful girl.

IloveCP 05-17-2015 04:41 PM

This dress is stunning! I love the print and the colors. She looks wonderful.

almee 05-17-2015 05:24 PM

This is such a beautiful dress and she looks stunning. I can never get over how gorgeous she is!

Florestane 05-17-2015 05:26 PM

She looks stunning. I love everything about the dress - colour, print, style.

Empress Merel 05-17-2015 05:27 PM

I really like the dress, but not really for the Cannes Film Festival.

Yes... Quite a fresh and youthful dress... :flowers:

julliette 05-18-2015 07:11 PM

I'm not a fan of this dress, specially for Cannes.

Marty91charmed 05-19-2015 06:00 AM

I thought she looked amazing! Finalli a dress that I liked! Maybe too much bones on display? And I am not sure about her eyebrows...

dazzling 06-28-2015 05:06 AM

I liked both outfits!
The dress is by Missoni, thought it was a bit too short but guess it's a perfect look for the event.

Florestane 06-28-2015 06:28 AM

I like both outfits but would have preferred the Missoni just a couple of inches longer. I wish she would stand up straight.

eya 06-28-2015 07:24 AM

June 26 : why jeans?

June 27: anfull

Princess of Durham 06-28-2015 07:47 AM

It looks like Charlotte is experimenting with her hair and makeup. Lighter hair and why in the world would she attempt to make her lower lip more full. It is not as if this girl has thin lips. She is so gorgeous and certainly can experiment but I don't think this look was the way to go.

HereditaryPrincess 06-28-2015 12:24 PM

Charlotte's latest outfit is nice but she looks far too casual for the event. She looks more like she's going on a shopping trip or as if she's at a day at the park rather than at a high profile show jumping event.

Her second outfit is alright, but not really to my taste. It has a bit of a 90's feel to me as well.

lazuli 06-28-2015 12:49 PM

Well, i agree with those of you who say her dress although quite beautiful it's a little bit too short. The shoes are hideous...
The jeans outfit is ok, i suppose... maybe a little to casual for the occasion???

IloveCP 06-28-2015 02:27 PM

I think the colorful dress is awful.

Empress Merel 06-29-2015 06:31 PM

Both outfits are pretty awful but that dress is hideous. Nothing good to say about that look.

Princess of Durham 06-29-2015 06:50 PM

NOT a Missoni fan, that pattern is really getting old, IMO.

julliette 06-29-2015 07:40 PM

I'm not a fan of either outfit. The first one is nice but way too casual for the ocasion. The second one is ugly: the shoes are awful and the dress is so short it does't suit her at all.

bertie5252003 06-29-2015 11:53 PM

The little dress is way too short but I do love her style and the way she wears a scarf makes her the last word IMO ... bur here just average .. no scarf either

Moonmaiden23 06-30-2015 12:47 AM

That print dress that Charlotte is wearing is one of the ugliest things ever.

The fact that it just barely covers her rear end is the least of it.

julliette 07-10-2015 06:39 AM

I don't like the collar but the dress is nice, though nothing special. Overall, she looks very elegant.

Well, i like the shape and cut of the dress, but i'm not so sure about the pattern though. Anyway she dresses it quite elegantly and, in the overall, she looks well...

Florestane 07-10-2015 10:01 AM

I think she looks very elegant.

Elly C 07-10-2015 11:35 AM

Sleek and immaculate finish to her look. Looking at the close up I think there's a subtle change to her features bearing less resemblance to Caroline as she matures.

Yes, i agree. The fabric looks a lot like those wonderful african clothes we can find in Angola or Mozambique... I'm not sure though if i like the dress, but... I can't make up my mind about not liking it either... :whistling:

dazzling 07-12-2015 03:58 AM

Nothing pretty about the dress, not the print not the colours but I love her shades. Her hairstyle was not right for the event. I thought she could've dressed a bit more elegant than looking like she is ready to go to the beach.

Duc_et_Pair 07-12-2015 04:21 AM

Her appearance is more Ibiza than Monte-Carlo. But at least there was a smile. :)

Empress Merel 07-12-2015 07:20 AM

The design is awful.

fandesacs2003 07-18-2015 09:29 AM

It reminds African ethnic prints. I like it. Nice for a fresh joyfull celebration out.

Moonmaiden23 07-18-2015 10:14 AM

The dress doesn't bother me as much as the sunglasses. They are beyond ugly, they seem cartoonish.

bertie5252003 07-18-2015 10:18 AM

Very cool real 60's dress I love it on her the glasses are lovely. I love this look

Marty91charmed 07-18-2015 04:13 PM

I like the colorful print and design but that tent look is more suitable for a pregnant body... not flattering on Charlotte...

Marty91charmed 07-26-2015 07:30 AM

I think Charlotte looked like a country girl going for a picnic, but that was a look she sported at her uncle's wedidng too.. I still would pick that like blue dress over this one though!

fandesacs2003 07-26-2015 07:34 AM

Was she wearing a long red dress at the Hotel de Paris evening event?

azure 07-26-2015 10:39 AM

She really should eat a bit more! Her body is not flattering at all. I like the dress, but i think it is not very appropriate for the occasion.

Princess of Durham 07-26-2015 11:28 AM

Is that Gad with her? If so, the past couple of pictures of them together .... the body language has NOT been good.

I think she looks very "fashion modelish" and I suspect that is the look she is going for.

I agree. I think it's a rather chic outfit but it looks like she's going to lunch, not to a family wedding.

And it does not flatter Charlotte's figure-such as it is-at all.

I hate what she wore to Pierre and Bea's wedding. It doesn't suit her and it's not appropriate for the occasion.

BTW, it is Missoni, right?

fandesacs2003 07-26-2015 02:14 PM

The day dress is a nice dress but not a dress for your brother's wedding. Just a chic simple dress for a lunch in a good restaurant. Furthermore she looked stressed and nervous.
I did not manage to see what she wore in the evening.

IloveCP 07-26-2015 02:48 PM

I dislike the print of the orange dress.

I agree about the outfit and how she was acting

maria-olivia 07-26-2015 04:40 PM

No problem with Tatania , but Beatrice will stole the show with her 2 weddings

Al_bina 07-26-2015 04:47 PM

The dress looked terrible on the photos. The whole look was aggravated by Charlotte's posture and huge handbag.

HereditaryPrincess 07-26-2015 05:16 PM

I like the dress, but not for a wedding - for a summer garden party, it's fine, but for a wedding, it's far too casual. The bag is a little on the large side for me as well.

Elly C 07-26-2015 05:49 PM

That has to be the silliest bag for a wedding I have ever seen. What was she carrying in it? I normally admire her style but both this outfit and the dress for the 10 year celebrations of Albert's reign were a miss for me.

fandesacs2003 07-26-2015 06:57 PM

I thought she was carrying staff for Rafael but no way. The nanny should carry and you also can put the staff in the prank's bag.

But this was only a civil ceremony which is normally a very casual affair when there is a church wedding following! This was, indeed, exactly like a summer garden party! I think it was not a particularly successful look but it wasn't inappropriate or anything.

MARG 07-27-2015 05:06 AM

Not at all keen on Charlotte's dress but it is perfect for a celebration and follows the dress code set by the bride and groom.

The wedding itself is a civil service long on meaning, short in length. Then they go out into the gardens for a fabulous "picnic" and later on a reception with evening dress.

I will agree that Charlotte does seem very slim and model like.

dazzling 07-27-2015 12:21 PM

The dress itself is pretty but to her brothers wedding or any wedding I find it was underdressed, simple/casual look.

Empress Merel 07-27-2015 12:55 PM

I also do think this dress needs a curvier woman. It makes her look flatter then she already is.

Duc_et_Pair 07-27-2015 01:09 PM

Mlle Casiraghi looked nice. After all it was mainly a pique-nique after the ceremony.

Moonmaiden23 07-27-2015 01:10 PM

She has no virtually no hips and absolutely no breasts, which means that she should be able to wear clothes like a fashion model. But somehow that's not how Charlotte looks in her clothes. Maybe it's her bad posture?:ermm:

Before she began riding actively in her late teens and early twenties she seemed to weigh more, she looked better in her clothes, and more beautiful overall as well.

HereditaryPrincess 07-27-2015 01:54 PM

Wow, okay. I was just sharing my opinion, I didn't post in a factual way. I am not a Catholic, nor do I live in a Catholic country (as it's my understanding that civil weddings are more common in the Catholic church) so I have never been to a civil wedding ceremony and therefore don't know what they are like.

That aside, thinking about it again, Charlotte's outfit is indeed fine for the picnic afterwards. I just personally would expect something a little more formal for the service...

C4A 07-27-2015 02:02 PM

The bride and groom requested their guests to wear traditional costume to the picnic. So who knows if she ( or anyone else )changed into something else for the picnic. There aren't any pictures yet of anyone in traditional garb apart from the bride.

the dresses whe wore in her brother wedding were awful...tha long zara dress.....the yello dress with yello sabrinas...the missoni dress suitable for the beach...and today evening a long dress with some camel plataforms awful...she doesn't seam the charlotte we know---

Elly C 08-01-2015 06:58 PM

I too found Charlotte's choice of dresses disappointing and her overall look less groomed than we usually see. However having to cope with the boat trip and a little one doesn't lend itself to looking sleek:)

Moonmaiden23 08-01-2015 08:44 PM

:previous:I said the same thing in the wedding thread. Something is different about Charlotte. In the past I could always count on her to be the most beautiful woman within a 100 mile radius but not lately.

(..)
Anyway I am happy that Gad accompanied her to her brother's wedding. Seeing her happily married ex-Alex Dellal there with his radiant wife might have been just a little awkward for her otherwise!

Frelinghighness 08-01-2015 09:00 PM

(...)The purple evening dress with the large pattern and flounces looked the best on her of all the wedding outfits. However, the v neck did not flatter her.

Moonmaiden23 08-01-2015 09:04 PM

:previous:I agree. That dress was prettiest on Charlotte.

However she should avoid plunging V-necks at all cost...they are not her friend.

Exactly. Ugly and not well fitting with an evening gown.
Personnaly i thoink that out of the yellow lace with the shawl whiche were gorgeous, Charlotte wore for these wedding celebrations a concentration of the worst possible outfits, out o her age and her usual style. A total fail.
I do not know if the dress code was for invitees to wear the maximum possible of flower prints and ruffles! Maybe it was a contest! Which lady will be the most decorated!

eya 08-02-2015 07:16 AM

For me it is the contest "Who lady wore the worst dress ever?"

Everything she wore i liked it!! Her hair is sooo nice! Long again.

Frelinghighness 08-02-2015 11:00 AM

The deep v neck with bony chest was very unattractive as was the limp hair parted in the middle. From what I could see the yellow dress was nice.

Nadine 08-02-2015 11:53 AM

ditto!

Imho Charlotte looks ill, especially noticeable in her thin lifeless hair, as well as her gaunt appearance, which I've noticed for the past couple of months at least (she's starting to resemble her older brother Andrea). A weave or hair extenions would've added volume to her hair. Also covering up her bony appearance would've helped tremendously. As it stands now she looks older than her 28 years.

Didn't like any of the dresses she wore. :(

It was, of course, Gucci. Thankfully modified from this version here:

Gucci Thistles & Birds Print Silk Dress

Florestane 08-02-2015 12:26 PM

I quite liked the Zara dress she wore on Friday evening even if it looked a bit beachy, I wasn't a fan of the yellow lace number and I like the Gucci evening dress but thankfully, she decided to give the shoes, shown on the model, a miss! (..) Also, I would think riding would help with posture - but apparently not.

Empress Merel 08-02-2015 12:33 PM

I like the evening dress. It's a nice look but maybe a bit too casual. All the looks she wore to the wedding are rather uninspiring.

(...)

HereditaryPrincess 08-02-2015 12:59 PM

Charlotte looks great. I much prefer this dress to the one she wore to the civil wedding. I don't think she looks older than her age, though I do agree that she doesn't look that cheerful. She looked better in the close up photo (and almost like a clone of Caroline) (..)
