Well ... then congratulations to the couple ... Hopefuly the union will last. Given the photo, it is nice to see King Adbullah and Crown Prince Hussein attending the engagement.

Rossina 01-04-2014 12:45 PM

It is true. Prince Feisal married Zeina Lubadeh & you can find the pic on Yousif Allan's Facebook page.
Can anybody post it please?

carlota 01-04-2014 01:10 PM

wow, how quick. should the marriage not be in a new thread though?
i wonder if we will get more information on the new bride.

Biri 01-04-2014 01:17 PM

Thanks Burzg I think the same, I hope we can get an official bio.

Good luck for them.

Rossina 01-04-2014 04:08 PM

Zina, Zaina, Zeina .. Which one is correct? As per petra its "زينا " in Arabic.

Zonk 01-04-2014 06:02 PM

I can't tell a lie...I saw the title of this thread and burst out laughing.

Really?!

Anyway...congrats to the couple. She is beautiful young lady. Hopefully she is just as pretty on the inside as she is on the outside. And Faisal finds WHATEVER he is looking for.

LadyGabrielle 01-04-2014 06:35 PM

Um. I sense a bit of sarcasm from you Zonk. What do you know that we dont? There must be something going on. :)

I think a main reason for a bit of snickering and shaking of heads is that its been quite recent that this guy was rumored to be getting divorced and then... blammo... a marriage announcement. Some folks change marriage partners the way the rest of the world changes their underwear.

I really don't follow these people too much so maybe I'm wrong. Its just how it seems to me.

Until you said so, I hadn't realized this was the same Prince Feisal who had only just gotten divorced. Interesting that it took such a short time for him to find yet another "perfect" wife. I don't follow this Royal House so thanks for the info.

COUNTESS 01-04-2014 09:13 PM

Just another ...yes Zonk, it is hysterical. Get married or divorced in the same week or a month later. It seems to have little difference.

lol Zonk I did this exact same thing  hopefuly it's a better match this time. Congrats to them!

Zonk 01-04-2014 11:16 PM

Yes, it was sarcasm. I apologize if I offended anyone or the institution of marriage.

But yes, my first reaction was laughter.

I have been a Jordan mod for quite some time and as many of you know there have been TONS of rumours about members of the JRF. And I would say that there have been plenty of times when the rumours were in fact, the truth. When everything went down with Sarah (i.e. the divorce) there were rumblings of someone named Zeina. But we don't like to speculate with rumours here at TRF, and although the JRF doesn't announce things (i.e. pregnancies, engagements, divorces etc.) like other royal families we try to work with what we have. Usually when its confirmed by Petra, we open the gates for discussion. And here we are.

So to visit TRF on a casual Saturday and to see a new thread announcing Faisal's engagement to Zeina it was just comical IMO. The ink is barely dry on his divorce and suddenly all the rumours look to be true. Really...you marry within four to six months of your divorce?!

Nonetheless, I was very sincere in wishing them the best and I do hope the Prince finds the happiness he seeks.

P.S. I also didn't see the marriage to Sarah lasting as well. I think I called that out in the Mod Forum!

Rossina 01-05-2014 01:02 AM

Well, to be honest, this marriage wasn't a surprise for many of us including me. It was expected since the divorce of prince Feisal & princess Sarah & even a little bit late. We knew it will happen very soon!! Let us wish them good luck & hope it will last long & wont end with divorce like the prince's previous two marriages.

Fadel Abdullah 01-05-2014 02:39 AM

I agree. Divorce is never something to be taken lightly, and neither should marriage. Sarah has not been in Jordan for well over a year, and long distance relationships, let alone marriage is not easy. I wish the new couple all the best! :flowers:

LipGloss 01-05-2014 04:05 AM

He really did move on so fast, but after reading Fadel's comment not-so-fast I guess! Congrats to the couple, Zeina is a good looking woman and like they say third time is a charm. :flowers:

Rossina 01-05-2014 04:38 AM

According to Al-Sharq alawsat newspaper Zina is of Palastinian origions. Her family belongs to Nablus City in west bank.

The first one "Zina" was used by Jordantimes newspaper & seems more matching compare to the arabic spelling "زينا". The name "زينة " can also be written as Zeina or Zaina in English,

So is it an engagement, or a wedding already?
She looks nice!
Congratulations!

Rossina 01-05-2014 02:09 PM

It was a Nikah ceremony (katb ktab or religious marriage) ,but wasn't followed by a wedding recrption. They may host later or may not.

They mentioned an expression which means "Tying the knot" this means marriage, Prince Faisal is married now and the ceremony was same as Prince Hamzah marriage

Yes Rossina! As long as the religious marriage or Tying the knot take place then they are officially married they only need wedding reception or private party like some royals hold to reassure it.

Rossina 01-05-2014 02:18 PM

:previous:
Exactly!! They are legally married now ,but without a wedding reception like the one hosted for prince Hamzah's marriage.

Maybe in these times of economic austerity, the King is only throwing his brother a wedding reception for every other wedding? :flowers:

If they are going to have a reception I hope they have it soon-or the inevitable divorce announcement will be made at the reception

salma 01-05-2014 04:14 PM

I think they will have a small reception.

Our assumption say she is in her middle 30's so maybe as old as Princess Fahdah Hashim and Prince Rashid bin al Hassan (1979) or as old as Prince Hamzah (1980).

Princess Mahala 01-13-2014 07:41 PM

Feisal divorces to be with the other woman :whistling:. Just like people rumored about sarah before he divorced p.alia now he leaves sarah for someone he met when married. I would be more worried for zina, he's building a reputation now :ermm:.

Building? He already make one since divorcing Alia Tabbaa! She was a very respected and very accomplished and their marriage lasted almost 20 years or less.

That seems a bit harsh. No one knows the details of their private lives, whether with Alia or Sarah. I just hope he has found true happiness.:flowers:

Princess Mahala 01-15-2014 03:04 AM

yeah doesn't sarah work in his office before he divorced alia?

Is the new princess known in Jordan from her work?

Totally agree with you:ermm:
It's not fair to blame prince Feisal only for the two divorces IMO. It was a couple life & both parties wether PF& PA or PF& PS bear responsibility of their marriage failure. Hope PF will find happiness this time.

NoorMeansLight 06-02-2014 11:59 AM

I saw this thread just now. I too hope that Prince Faisal finds happiness this time around and wish the couple all the best in their new life! :flowers:

Princess Zeina is very beautiful and she also looks quite confident, compared to wife #2, Sarah. I can't believe she wore that short beige dress! Very glamorous, but do women in Jordan wear their dresses or skirts that short?

someonessa 06-07-2014 11:04 AM

Does anyone know why is prince faisal's wife referred to as Lady Zeina Alfaisal in local media instead of the title "princess"?

Rossina 06-07-2014 04:23 PM

I'm also surprised !!:eek::eek:
She is not mentioned at all in Petra's reports.
Below is a link for the couple's latest appearance at Radio Hala event with princess Rym Ali:
??? ?????? ???????? - ????? ?????? | ????? "???" ????? ???????? ?????? ????????? ???????
As per the article she is Mrs. Zeina Al Feisal.

sancakli70 06-07-2014 05:03 PM

It is very interessant. Is it because she is his 3th wife?

Charlotte_Aster 06-07-2014 06:15 PM

Maybe considering Feisal's track record, they hold off with the title until they see that this marriage would stick..:whistling:

sancakli70 06-07-2014 08:08 PM

It is a difficult situation. Many jordanian princes divorces and marries 2th time all of them becomes the 2.the wifes a princess title. But no one married 3th time :S

Rossina 06-08-2014 02:43 AM

King Hussein married four times & All his wives were given titles.
Also king Abdullah attended the marriage ceremony ,so, it must be agreed by him.

sancakli70 06-08-2014 05:35 AM

I meant the princes there no one who married 3 times

Biri 06-08-2014 06:17 AM

On www.royalark.net/Jordan/jordan3.htm on Jordan sites there is written that Princess Zeina was born on 11 January 1987; is that true? Then she would be only three years older than Ayah...

Rossina 06-08-2014 08:50 AM

Quote:

I know dear, but ssince titles were granted before to king Hussein's four wives..why not for his son's third wife??.

I dont think so. She looks older .. at least in her mid 30s. Her age is not a problem IMO. Queen Noor was only 5 years older than princess Alia bint Al hussein when she got married. Also prince Ali bin Nayef's wife ,princess Rima ,is in his daughters age & maybe younger.

NoorMeansLight 06-08-2014 09:17 AM

Maybe there was a typo and she was born in 1977? She looks young, but not that young! Mid 30's for sure!

Why do you suppose so?
Even Queen Noor has her own page, even the Royal Couple of Bhutan and Sultan of Brunei, so why couldn't she, who is not so "public" a person (has her own profession and works)? All dates are correct.
And there are comments "Mabrook!" (Congratulations)

She has one , but it`s not the one you posted above. Zeina Al Feisal is older than this girl. There are alot of fake accounts on social media whose owners are claiming affiliation to the royal family , so be careful.

As far as I know, Princess Zeina's astrological sign is a Cancer so that would mean in June-July and she was in her thirties when she got married, so I doubt that the Facebook page is hers. It could be another person with that name, it happens! Rossina is right I believe :flowers:
