Prince Rashid and Zeina will attend the Prince Guillaume´s wedding in Luxembourg on October 20.

That's a good news.Nice to see minor jordanian royals attendings foreign royal weddings.
Princess Zeina doesn't seem to have many public duties

yes nice they will be out but prince hassans family always seems more closer to european royal familys so this not too surprising i wonder they will be the only from jrf?

They are so cute but forgive me for saying this, they look like "beauty and the beast" lol :) Anyway, I think I first saw Zeina back in 2008 Bejing Olympics Ceremony... She was so beautiful and I didn't expect that she would become a princess 2 years after!

By the way, anyone knows how the two met?

i've seen her too, back when she was a gawkier girl and hadn't yet grown into her looks. i think some beautification was done before the marriage, though it wasn't necessary.

the rumors in jordan are that it took quite a few attempts to find a bride for rashid. apparently there were polite declines before zeina agreed to the arrangement. it's not just that he's not handsome.

Have you seen him in a video? seeing him in motion completely changed my mind about his looks, he just doesn't photograph well. But Zeina is a beauty indeed !! :)

No but I think he looks alright in these recent pictures. My "beauty and the beast" comment was referring to their wedding day actually--that bald (?) spot of his hair was disturbing lol. :)

That bald spot is a scar from a terrible accident in the 90s (probably 1997)

Oh that's awful! But I barely notice that scar in recent pictures.

Congratulations to Prince Rashid and Princess Zeina. :flowers: I don't really follow the Jordanian Royals, so I didn't realize that Zeina was pregnant - this is a surprise Royal Baby for me. 2013 has defiantly been the year of royal births and pregnancy announcements!

Amman, Feb. 2 (Petra)--The Royal Court announced that Their Royal Highnesses Prince Rashed Bin Al Hassan and Princess Zeina Rashid were blessed with a baby boy.

The Royal Court said the baby, born on Monday, February 1, 2016 ( Rabi II 22, 1437 Hijri), was named Talal.

Congratulations to parents, grandparents and big brother!

PRINCESS ZEINA RASHID OF JORDAN JOINS AS NEW GOVERNING BOARD MEMBER

We are delighted to announce that Her Royal Highness Princess Zeina Rashid of Jordan is joining the ITTF Foundation family as a new Governing Board member.

The former table tennis player, who competed at the Athens 2004 and Beijing 2008 Olympic Games, has continued to be heavily involved in sport and currently sits on the Jordan Olympic Committee as a member of the Board of Directors.

The 32-year-old is also in charge of the programme “20 for Tokyo 2020”, an ambitious plan put in place by the Jordan Olympic Committee with the goal of having 20 athletes from the Middle East nation qualify for Tokyo.
