No, she isn't.

The Queen is going to New York on the 14th to be present at the opening of an exhibition of Munch at the Museum of Modern Art. I guess this was something that went into her programme instead of the Olympics.

During the visit she will open the exhibition, attend a dinner and reception given by the museum in the evening and attend a Munch Symposium the next day

Sonja, Queen of Norway (L) and the MoMA Chief curator at large, Kynaston McShine stand near "Despair and Angst" by painter Edward Much. The MoMA is preparing for a major exhibition of the Norweigian painter.
