Is that the order of your Favourites???

My Favourite is Katharine of Aragon, probably because I feel so sorry for her!
Ann Boleyn is popular, and I think the most famous - for losing her head.
(not a nice way to be remembered!).

When I was younger I remembered the order of the Wives with the word KAJACK.

Hello Everyone,
I am new to the forum, but wanted to let you know how happy I am to be here in this particular group. I am a direct descendant of Anne Parr, Sister to Catherine Parr. She served as Lady in Waiting to all 6 of King Henry VIII's wives.
So, I suppose my favorite has to be Catherine Parr. However, my 18 year old Daughter has been enamored of Anne Boleyn since she was 11 years old! So, she would be my second. I've only known about Anne Parr being an ancestor now for several months.....but in reading about her, I know she was truly entranced by Anne Boleyn, and changed her faith. So, Anne Parr held her in high regard. Thank you for having me here!

I'm also new here. How cool that you found an ancestor in the Tudor court! Katherine Parr is my favorite of the queens, as well. I think she was a canny lady to keep her head in such a precarious situation, and to bring such a dysfunctional family a bit closer together at the same time.

Anne Boleyn intrigues me the most, however. And I have a great deal of respect and sympathy for Catherine of Aragon.

I think Anne of Cleves got the best deal, by far.
