So, what was the favourite scandal of the majority there?

Mine would be the 'go back to colonies' one: it was rather widely publicised and just added to her 'Pushy' image.
And yes, I do know that's not what she had actually said, but since when did the newspapers care about little things like accuracy?

There were plenty of scandals... I once read that she said: "Oh, sometimes I could shoot Her Majesty's corgies." I bet, HM was not amused to hear that. And it seems that her cats don't like the corgies as well, as on of her siameses once attacked a poor little corgie.

Well, I think I would choose the same as Marsel here. Closely followed by her "toyboy-affair" with Mr. Kravchenko. Mainly because of the pictures I saw later, when Marie-Christine attended an event TOGETHER with Prince Michael and Kravchenko.
