Right. So I'll be the first to add a message here... I'm currently writing my Master's thesis and I'm very stressed out. Things are going well; however, I am beginning to feel the mid-thesis blues as some call it. Has anyone else been through this?

For my Master's I didn't have to write a thesis so I never had the mid-thesis blues. I guess thats a good thing.
I did hate the town I was living in....so I had the blues of living in that horrible place & left it as much as I could. I had no desire to do any work & slept in most weekends. So maybe I had the Master's degree blues?

I'm dreading that point, GT - I'll be writing my thesis next semester - but it always seem to happen whenever I am writing papers, so it stands to reason that I will also be facing it on my final thesis...

Hi everyone. I'm in my final semester of grad school, and am working on a thesis-like project. I also have to do it with two other students as a group project, one of them insists on being difficult. I just can't wait for this to be over with.

Sonjapearl, I dislike group-projects. You never know how the people in your group are behaving until it is too late. Hope things are going ok.

I finish next December and am studying Speech-Language Pathology and like norwegianne and sonjapearl, I too detest group projects. There is always someone who doesn't pull their weight and at the last minute there is always a scramble to get it done properly. UGH!!

I have a meeting with my advisor on Tuesday. *gasp* Things are finally going to be moving a bit forward.
