Ok Pranter, the store is open. Take me to your magic. Eugenie could do justice to the Strathmore Rose I think.

Off shoulder with sleeves. Big ballgown. With a bit of a drop waist. Just a bit. I'm thinking satin (because she has not been a lace girl to date) or brocade. Maybe both. It's been a while since we have seen a good brocade gown and Eug could pull it off. The only thing I am unsure of is the sleeve. She looks so perfect in a cap sleeve but in Oct-Nov that could be iffy.
She will have GREAT shoes. And it will be a Westwood gown. Westwood suits her so.

I could see something similar to Princess Margaret’s being gorgeous on her. She looks wonderful in that silhouette

A remake of the Queen’s weddingdress would look good on her. They heve te same shape. And it was a beautiful autumn wedding dress.

Eugenie has a truly feminine figure with a great waist and her face is so pretty.
A soft floaty dress which accentuates her waist and face is my pick.

Off shoulder is a no as much for her as Meghan. Getting married in St George's, her shoulders have to be covered.

Even the best designer is not going to be a hit every time for someone. Her day dress for Will and Kate wedding was bad. But the evening gowns she has worn of Westwood's have been stunning on her.

And because she made the comment about meringue in the interview I'm tossing in some ballgowns!

She more responded to a comment about a ball gown. The reporter said more straight or meringue. And she made a comment about perhaps some where in between. And definitely no meringue sleeves.
I think we will see just that, something in between. Not a sheath or mermaid, but not a full out meringue ball gown either.
Said it with Meghan but think would suit Eugenie, I would love a vintage feel. Wish one of them would. Eugenie especially would look amazing with a bandeau style tiara and it would suit the style.

Now with this wedding I think the style will be very interesting. Eugenie has unexpected proclivities and demonstrates a unique style imo. She easily could take inspiration from her mother's grown. Might she even wear the gown, with some adjustments? That would be unusual, and thrifty.

Why would she wear her mother's gown Don't think thrifty is a concern
When asked about meringue dresses in the interview, she said 'no meringue sleeves'. Bit of a jab at her mother's dress
Whether we agree with their taste in fashion, the girls are both big into fashion. And Eugenie has a passion for art, as well as work. Think we will see it come out.

I expect a sleek wedding dress,
The Princess has [what's best described as] a 'Rubenesque figure', and looks her very best when she works with that [something quite 'blowsy'] , rather than squeezing herself into a 'skin-tight' number that invariably look uncomfortable and too small...
These shapes look divine on her...

Maybe the 2 non-mermaid styles. I don't see her doing anything like a mermaid for a wedding dress. I think she will go with fitted top and more wide lower.
