Yes, the proposal was on Feb 14th, and the marriage on Feb 2nd.

A minor correction: the proposal by Willem-Alexander took place on 19 January 2001 (while ice skating!), so they were engaged a little over year but it was only publicly announced on 30 March 2021.

The length of that engagement was initially communicated to be because of them needing time to arrange the wedding of the heir but we also later found out that it was to give Daniel time to recuperate from his kidney transplant.
