Has any other royal houses spoken about Masako and their opinions etc? I guess it may be a disaster if they did.

Masako's closest relationship with European royal is with Belgium's Philippe and Mathilde. She and Naruhito attended their wedding in December 1999. ( So far the only royal wedding they have attended together) Philippe and Mathilde have made several official trips to Japan in the past and Masako and Mathilde have toured various places together. There are photos of them at an aquarium. In 2002 for the World Cup (soccer) Philippe and Mathilde came to Japan and they attended a Belgium V Japan match together with Naruhito and Masako.
Queen Beatrix did invite Naruhito and family to holiday in The Netherlands in 2006 (?) the royals had a private dinner party that was also attended by Philippe and Mathilde, also I think Henri of Luxembourg and Maria Teresa, they're first cousins with the Belgians.
No royal would make any comment about the life or problems of another royal so it's not plausible that anyone European royal has made a public comment about Masako. But it's been speculated that the reason why Queen Beatrix invited Naruhito and Masako to The Netherlands for a holiday was that Beatrix herself sympathised with Masako's health issues as Beatrix's husband Claus suffered from depression. (And was quite open about it) Beatrix also gave the Japanese royals the use of her own private residence.
