Prince Abdul Mateen Bolkiah is Sultan Hassanal grandson right?

No, he is the sultan's tenth child (fourth son) out of 12 children (5 sons). He is the youngest of his divorced second wife. His younger half-siblings by the sultan's divorced 3rd wife are 15 and 16 1/2 years younger. He himself is 6 years younger than the sultan's 9th child (Mateen's full sister).

The arrival of the Sultan. Prince Ali, Prince Hashem, Prince Talal, Prince Ghazi & prince Rashed have also attended the welcoming ceremony.
