UDC is the short form of "Unione dei Democratici Cristiani e Democratici
di Centro" which means the union of christian democrats and center
democrats, Prince Emanuele runs for election for that party.
Don Mazzi is the president of the organisaton Prince Emanuele has
visited - but that's all I know about him

He's currently working for a bank in Rome. If I remember it correctly it must be a Swiss bank. His mother is Swiss, so I guess he's got a dual citizenship.

He attends the charity events on behalf of the Rolyal Order of San Maurizio e Lazzaro.

They live in Paris, but they also own a farmhouse in Umbria (Central Italy).

Princess Clotilde blue gown was stunning. It is the first time I saw her looking well-rested.
As for Prince Emanuele Filiberto's job, it is a news for me that he has got a full-time employment. He does not strike me as an able financier/banker though.

Prince Emamuele Filiberto of Savoy has a job and makes his own money which is nice.
Okay he does not look like the type to be in financing or banking but that is what he
likes to do so kudos to him.There is an old saying looks can decieve and boy do they
ever.
