There is this guy running around calling himself "HIH PRince Stephie Pahlavi Zan of Iran" and I would like to know if anyoe knows anything about him.

There is no one in the Iranian Imperial Family who is named "Stephie"

Does the Imperial Family of Iran know about this fraud "Prince Stephie Pahlavi Zan"?

But does this person claim to be late Shah's son??? He might be a nefew, or a 2nd or 3rd cousin, we do not know. It is not impossible.
According to wikipedia, this is the list of children of Reza Shah (father of Reza Pahlavi), all Pahlavis, in total 11 siblings. This person might come from one of them.

Christopher Buyers has created the most detailed genealogical record of the Pahlavi dynasty, tracing all the descendants of the founder, Reza Shah.

There is no evidence of any person bearing the name 'Stephie Pahlavi Zan', and certainly not that of a Prince with the style of Imperial Highness.

It is worth noting that despite his many self-created sites appearing in a Google search, and the vociferous and abusive support of his fan club, nowhere does he or they provide any facts whatsoever regarding his genealogical position within the Pahlavi dynasty. Apart from his bogus use of 'HIH Prince' and prominent display of the [uncaptioned] Pahlavi Imperial Coat of Arms, he allows people to assume his Imperial Iranian connection without actually saying so himself. I note that a photo of King Farouk, the Shah and Princess Soraya appears on his Facebook or Fan Club page, but there's no context for the photo, no caption, and no mention of it in the text. It's there for effect.

I can understand a Facebook page, but a Fan Club page? What disrespect for the Pahlavi family. He's using that name to hook, line and sink individuals who have never heard of the Pahlavi Family Dynasty, and get cheap laughs at those people's expense.

The hard facts about himself given by “Stephie Pahlavi Zan” are that he was born in New York in 1967 and his native language is English. These would seem to limit severely his genealogical possibilities.
