Ludwig Benecke married to Princess Cecily zu Salm-Salm on Saturday 7 July 2012 at the Church of St. Laurentius in Wallhausen, near Bad Kreuznach (Rhineland-Palatinate, Germany).

The bride, 22, is the youngest daughter of Prince Michael zu Salm-Salm and his wife Princess Philippa, née Countess zu Castell-Castell (herself the eldest daughter of the Prince and Princess zu Castell-Castell).

Princess Susanne of Salm-Horstmar, Wild- u.Rheingräfin, previously Oetker, née Jantsch, died at Angermund on 24 November.

She was born in 1922, and married in 1952 Prince Karl of Salm-Horstmar, Wild- u.Rheingraf (1911-1991). She is survived by children from her first marriage; her only child with Prince Karl, princess Alexandra of Salm-Horstmar, predeceased her in 2008, aged 55, bereaving two children: Johanna (b.1980) & Richard (b.1982) from her marriage with Baron Richard von Hermann (b.1947).

Princess Antonia of Salm-Salm (b.5 December 1987) [daughter of Prince Michael of Salm-Salm (b.1953) & his wife Philippa, nee Countess of Castell-Castell (b.1952)] & her husband, Baron Clemens Emmanuel von Mirbach, who will turn 32 in 18 days, had their first child, Aurelia, this year.

Prince Constantin of Salm-Salm (b.22 April 1980) [son of Prince Michael of Salm-Salm (b.1953) & his wife Philippa, nee Countess of Castell-Castell (b.1952)] & his wife Friederike, nee Gumberz von Rhontal (b.3 November 1983) had their third child, Casimir Constantin Conradin, on 10 November 2012.

A brother for Carlotta (23-6-2009) & Caspar Felix Maximilian (24-9-2010).

Has anyone got infos or pictures of the late Prince Nikolaus von Salm-Salm, born in 1913, by one of the daughters of Archduke Friedrich?

There was a Nikolaus Leopold Heinrich Alfred Emanuel Friedrich Antonius von Salm-Salm. However he was born in 1906.
 
Marie Anne von Simson, née Altgravine zu Salm-Reifferscheidt-Krautheim und Dyck, passed away on 8 December 2015, aged 82.

She was born at Alfter on 18 August 1933, the second daughter of Fürst Franz Joseph zu Salm-Reifferscheidt-Krautheim und Dyck and of his wife, née Princess Cäcilie zu Salm-Salm.
She married firstly in 1964 to the Hon. Alexander Campbell Geddes (1910-1971), humself a son of Auckland Geddes, 1st Baron Geddes, and of his wife, née Isabella Gamble Ross; Alexander's sister was Margaret, wife of Prince Louis of Hesse and by Rhine.
After her first husband's death, she remarried to art historian Prof. Otto von Simson (1912-1993).
She had two children by her first marriage, Camilla (Mrs. Mark Mc Donnell) and Stephen Campbell Geddes.
She is survived by her children, children-in-law and grandchildren, as well as by her sisters Isabella (Dowager Duchess von Ratibor and Fürstin von Corvey) and Cecilie.

H.S.H. Princess Maria zu Salm-Salm, Wild- und Rheingräfin, née Baroness von Boeselager, passed away at Wallhausen on 1 January 2016, aged 92.

She was born at Heimerzheim on 3 December 1923, daughter of Baron Albert von Boeselager and of his wife, née Baroness Maria Theresia von Salis-Soglio.
She married on 30 October 1951 to H.S.H. Prince Franz zu Salm-Salm (1917-2011), by whom she had eight children (Michael, Maria Katharina, Jeanne, Adelheid, Antoinette, Christiane, Franz and Georg).
She is survived by her children, their spouses, 15 grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren.
