They are just called the Fürstenbergs when referring to the family. 'Zu' means of/at/in and it would make no sense to include it in front of the name when referring to the family. They are princely, not royal.
Diane uses the 'von' as the public understands it better.

Correct. The marriage was not recognized, and thus they don't "officially" have use of the title of Prince/ss However, they do use it (for social& business reasons, obviously). They're not close to the main line and, in fact, decend from a very junior line of the family. They get so much press that people often mistakingly think that they are *the* Furstenburgs.

I might be wrong but doesn't he have a younger brother named Antonius?

Yes, Christian's younger brother Prince Antonius turns 21 in June this year. There is no shortage of potential male Fürstenberg "heirs" (there are at least 11 in the principal branch of the family), but I think the article intends to say that Erbprinz Christian is the heir.

While it seems to be the norm now fot German royals to marry non royals I really hope that in the end he marries someone from the Gotha. I know that 'love' is supposed to be the only criteria now but personally I think that there is more involved than that.

Fuerstenberg girlfriend
I also agree that the Fuerstenberg heir should mary someone of his status. I heard that his current girlfriend, who must be in her mid 20´s, is already divorced from another German millionaires heir and that the marriage lasted just one year. Apparently she left her husband right after meeting HRS Fuerstenberg . < ed defamatory comment - Warren >

Haus Fuerstenberg
Not only is his current girlfriend not a royal, she is also already divorced. On the picture she looks like someone who ´s found the big catch. I wonder if she is Prince Christian´s only girlfriend, if yes, I would be very surprised. He surely deserves someone, < ed defamatory comment - Warren >

Donaueschingen: Wieder Frieden im Schlosspark | suedkurier.de
Peace in the "Schlosspark" Castle-park (?). Finally an agreement has been reached between the city Donaueschingen and the Fürstenbergs concerning the public use of the castle-park. A map is included in the article showing the future bike-ways and public sphere as well as the private area.
