I am just starting to read about the German royals. When the 1918 Revolution erupted in Stuttgart, did King Wilhelm have to leave or was the revolution non-violent?

King Wilhelm II. and Queen Charlotte had to leave Stuttgart in 1918. The lived than in Bebenhausen, nr Tübingen where Wilhelm II. died in 1921. He even decided that at his funeral the funeral-cortege should not go through Stuttgart.

He was disappointed, because the revolutionairs almost stormed into the Wilhelmspalais where the Royal Couple lived and the had to leave within a few hours.
Btw. For those who are interested and have the possibilty to go Until 04. february there is a big Exhibition Königreich Württemberg at the Alte Schloß in Stuttgart because last year it was 200 years that Württemberg has become a Kingdom.

Doesn´t seem they´ll have some children. Both are married now since more than one year and were over 40 at their marriage. But I expect a third child for Fleur and her husband in the near future.

The maternal grandmother of Duchess Diane was countess Elisabeth Dobrzensky de Dobrzenicz, whom was considered to be not royal by her mother-in-law Isabel Princess Imperial of Brazil. Her husband thus renounced his rights to the throne of Brazil right before their marriage. I guess that's somehow in blood... 
I think Duchess Fleur remsembles Duke Karl Wurttemberg somewhat... If there has to be someone, I would say Duke Philip looks more like the child of King Juan Carlos than his sister(just kidding...  )
I'm insterested in the pics of the new born daughter of Duke Philip and Duchess Marie Caroline(nee Bayern) too...
