29th of June 1344 : Death of Jeanne de Savoie,Duchess of Brittany.

Jeanne was born in 1310 the daughter of Édouard , Comte de Savoie Blanche de Bourgogne.
In 1329 she was married to Jean III, Duke of Brittany but the marriage was childless and the duke died in 1441.Jeanne never remarried and returned to France and died at the the Bois de Vincennes near Paris.
Jeanne's remains were buried alongside her mother at the now destroyed Couvent des Cordeliers de Dijon .The Couvent des Cordeliers was suppressed in April 1790 and in 1793 was ransacked all funerary monuments were destroyed.

The queen mother died in exile in Cologne having fallen ill and it was March 1643 before her remains were repatriated in France and buried without any real pomp at St Denis.

Blanche d'Évreux was born in Pamplona the capital of Navarre the 3rd daughter of the future Charles III of Navarre and Eleanor de Castile.At the time of her birth her older sister Jeanne d'Évreux later Countess de Foix was heiress.

8th of July,1253 : death of Theobald I of Navarre ,Count of Champagne


Theobald de Blois was the son of Theobald III of Champagne and Blanche de Navarre .His mother was a daughter of Sancho VI of Navarre and the sister of Sancho VII who died childless in 1234.Theobald became king of Navarre upon the death of his uncle in 1234 was married 3 times

Marguerite de Bourbon who out live her husband and was the mother of 2 future kings of Navarre.

Following his death the king was buried at Santa Maria la Real in Pamplona

Henri II death was agonizing having a splinter from a lance pierce him through his eye.
Following the death of Henri his widow Catherine de Médicis acted as Regent of France during the turbulent reigns of her sons François II ,Charles IX and Henri III and was the most powerful woman in France up until her death in 1589.

July 11th ,1302 : Death of Robert II ,Comte d'Artois at the Battle of the Golden Spurs

Robert II was a nephew of Louis IX and the brother of Blanche d'Artois, Queen and Regent of Navarre.
He was Count of Artois from 1250 until his death and had married Amicie de Courtenay in 1262.
Robert was killed at the Battle of the Golden Spurs and his remains were later buried at the now destroyed Abbaye de Maubuisson Notre-Dame-la-Royale.

The duke died as a result of a terrible accident which fractured his skull and he died later.
His remains are buried at the Chapelle Royale in Dreux.

The queen died exhausted from her numerous pregnancies at the Château de Blois and her death was greatly mourned.
The queen had lived largely out of the public eye & her place at court was taken by her domineering mother in law Louise de Savoie .

Claude was buried at a magnificent tomb at St Denis outside Paris.

Holy Roman Empress Maria Theresa had 16 pregnancies and lived to 63 years.
 
Yes the poor woman was worn out and was always in delicate health ,not every royal lady was as robust as the Holy Roman Empress Maria Theresa.

Ingeborg of Denmark was the repudiated wife of Philippe II of France.The queen outlived the king by 14 years and died at the Priory of Saint-Jean in Île-lez-Corbeil she had founded and was later buried at.

Her Tomb survived until 1794 when it was destroyed during the Terror.

The queen who had an abscess on her arm fell ill in mid July 1683 and gradually got worse and worse and died in great pain on the 30th of July 1683 at 3 o'clock in the afternoon.

Marie-Thérèse was given a grand funeral by Louis XIV and buried at Saint-Denis .During the ransacking of the royal vaults her coffin was looted by mobs on October 15th 1793, and her remains thrown in pit outside the royal abbey.

Louis was born on the 6th of August 1775

He was also the last Dauphin of France from 1824 to 1830.He went into exile with his family in 1791 .
