I've now also seen the IG story, and the child's mother is definitely Marie-Astrid. It could be a boy, but it's a bit difficult to guess just from that picture.
It's the third grandchild for Nikolaus and Margaretha, after Althaea and Leopoldo (according to their Christmas card that's the correct spelling of his name).

If I'm not mistaken, it should be the 32nd great-grandchild for the late GD Jean and GD Joséphine-Charlotte: 15 from Marie-Astrid, 7 from Henri (soon-to-be 8, with Alexandra's baby), 7 from Jean and now 3 from Margaretha.
