The Brunei Investment Agency has dropped its appeal of a $21 million Manhattan jury verdict in favor of Thomas Derbyshire and Faith Zaman, who once worked for Jefri, and settled all of its differences with the couple, records show.

HRH Crown Prince Al-Muhtadee Billah and HRH the Crown Princess Sarah arrived in Singapore yesterday on a five-day official visit.
The royal couple is accompanied by HRH Prince 'Abdul Malik, HRH Prince 'Abdul Muntaqim and HRH Princess Muneerah Madhul Bolkiah.
Also in the delegation is Yang Amat Mulia Pengiran Muda Abdul Qawi.

His Majesty visits RBAF Training Simulation Centre
In conjunction with the closing of the 10th Brunei International Skill At Arms Meet (BISAM) yesterday, His Majesty the Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam consented to visit the Royal Brunei Armed Forces Training Simulation Centre (tsc), a newly-established training facility for the Brunei's military that houses three of the latest simulation technology in Small Arms and Mortar Simulation Training located inside Penanjong Garrison.
Accompanying His Majesty was His Royal Highness Prince General Haji Al-Muhtadee Billah, the Crown Prince, Senior Minister at the Prime Minister's Office and General of RBAF.

Like many of the royal families, the Brunei royals don't apear to have a surname, just the name of the House.
The House itself was founded by Sultan Bolkiah, the fifth Sultan of Brunei, who ascended the throne of Brunei upon the abdication of his father, Sultan Sulaiman.

The royal baby is son to HRH Princess Hajah Hafizah Sururul Bolkiah, the Sultan's fourth daughter, and her husband YAM Pengiran Anak Muhammad Ruzaini Pengiran Dr Hj Mohd Yakub, who were married last September.
