She still may. Having said that the newest addition to the Bruneian court, must be taught royal protocol. A thing which takes a few years to master. It may be a temporary arrangement.
I think CP Sarah did the same thing, within the first months of her marrage in order to get her bearing. Now we see her and she can more than hold her own.

I thought Her title was Datin which, some said, means Lady. Is that right? Does the new title mean that now She may be called as Her Royal Highness or Princess?

yes I was told that her previous title roughly translated to "Lady," not sure what the current title means, I dont think she'll be called "HRH" though, the article didnt refer to her that way.
Anyway I hope to see more of her at royal events. She's been away from the public eye for quite a while.

Are there any special events in Brunei during Ramadhan? If yes, what kind of events? Or maybe they are 'off' from official duties dring this period?

Brunei's Sultan Hassanal Bolkiah during prayers for the Aid El Fitr celebrations in Bandar Seri Begawan, Brunei on October 24, 2006, marking the end of the holy month of Ramadan. Many Arab and Moslem leaders celebrated the Aid El Fitr in a fastuous way

I'd like to say Selamat Hari Raya to The Royal Family Of Brunei, Mohon Maaf Lahir dan Batin. Well, I watched RTB news at home. I love to see Bruneian people come to the palace and meet the royalties to exchange their Hari Raya greetings. I really amazed with the interior of Istana Nurul Iman, so big and beautiful. I also saw PAIPA Sarah's parents on that occasion. She must be very happy to have her parents around.

Royal audience to intending haj pilgrims
His Majesty the Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam, Her Majesty Raja Isteri Pengiran Anak Hajah Saleha and Her Royal Highness Pengiran Isteri Azrinaz Mazhar bte Hakim Mazhar yesterday granted separate audiences to intending haj pilgrims.
The audiences took place at the Istana Nurul Iman.
Also present were His Royal Highness Prince Haji Al-Muhtadee Billah, the Crown Prince and Her Royal Highness Princess Hajah Rashidah Sa'adatul Bolkiah. The guests were served with delicacies as they waited to greet the royalty and also performed a mass prayer at the Istana. Borneo Bulletin
..."As in previous years, His Majesty presented the men with "Ihram" and the women "Telekung", both pilgrimage attire to be worn by them during the haj. Brunei's intending pilgrims will be leaving to perform the haj in six flights beginning Dec 7." Borneo Bulletin
