The dress is by Preen.
I don't like the hemline. Otherwise, the dress is unremarkable.

I don't think the color is especially becoming, and the style is frumpy. I hope it is at least comfortable.

I quite like the colour, it is unusual and I think it blends well with her hair and skin colouring. The picture doesn’t really show the fit of the dress, but it seems a very comfortable and easy style to wear.

I find both the hemline and the waist to be odd. The color is fine but nothing overly special. Overall it's definitely not the worst thing we've seen from her but not really her best, either.

The Duchess’ final act as a senior royal was a reception for scholars of Association of Commonwealth Universities this weekend.

A simple and elegant navy dress.

I just posted a video of the event from Instagram on her patronage thread.

Very elegant sleek look, love the neck detail of it.

The Preen dress I love the color but that's about it.

I actually like the interesting hemline and style of the dress. But its the kind of style the dress had to fit correctly or its a mess. And sadly its too big on her.

She really did shine with the British and commonwealth designers this trip. And these last two private visits were no exception.

Commonwealth trust:
-London brand Preen
-go to Aquazura
-earrings by 'Edge of Ember' London based ethical jewelry

ACU:
-Australian based Scanlan Theodore

This sudden fascination with high necked dresses is not to my liking, they really don’t suit her IMO.

I have always liked the clean lines she favours. The hairstyle is lovely too.

The navy dress is very stylish and elegant, from an Australian designer. More details about this final event and the dress are here, with a view of the back of the outfit (scroll down):
https://madaboutmeghan.blogspot.com/

It appears much better fitted around Meghan's waist and bust areas than a couple of her other outfits in recent days. And it's her trusty monochrome navy palette.

The same designer made the burgundy wrap top that Meghan wore in Australia during the Invictus Games.

Regarding the unusually styled light rust-colored dress Meghan wore for the QCT event at BP, I had to laugh at this cheeky Twitter comment:

https://twitter.com/signed_km/status...83802651512832
"Her outfit* is matching Harry's ginger. Make them stop!"

Another apt comment on Twitter exclaimed that Meghan gave us the four elements in fine style during these final engagements:

Earth (resplendent bright green for Commonwealth service)

Air (sheer white on Jacquard white for the National Theater visit)

Fire (fiery red from head-to-toe at the Royal Albert Hall concert)

Water (stardust magic turquoise for the Endeavour Fund Awards)

Meghan looked very elegant for her last engagement.

She certainly did. It was like a Monarch butterfly had emerged from behind an interesting array a clothes as she tried to nail down her own person style and when she found it she rocked it big time.

Meghan glowed and her impeccable style left an indelible print of an elegant and regal young woman.

Megjan looked every inch the HRH Duchess of Sussex she is until the end of the month (and will remain so in my heart). Elegant, regal and memorable.

I hope we see a bit more of her style in the future.

The dress is by Preen.
I love the color but not the design.

Excluding the necktie, I love the dress. I find it elegant.
