I have no nicer way to describe Maxima's suit other than it looks like a smart plastic bag... not a fan. It might be the wind but her hair seems to be a little messy too - it's a shame as she had been doing well this year!

Queen Maxima pays a working visit today to technology company Demcon. The company has developed, tested and produced a ventilation system suitable for the ventilation of corona patients in intensive care.

This outfit is a bit of a dog's dinner! The individual pieces Maxima's wearing don't match each other at all.

I like it!

The top is new and from Zeus + Dione.
Green suede pumps as well and likely from Gianvito Rossi

Yes, my thoughts exactly. They are all fine separately but together no!

I don’t like the top at all. Its the shade of green I think.

But kudos for dressing so brightly as she seems to have stuck to sober
Business ware up to now.

It was certainly spring like but far too much going on colour wise and they all clashed with each other and looked messy.

Typical Máxima. Dressed to the nines when she has to. Dressed sloppily when she can. The Dutch still love their messy Máxima anyway because she is able to connect witb people, no matter she wears Prada or rags.

When queen Máxima wears far simpler looking outfits she looks far more radiant ,the critique of her jumble sale look and poor style team ofcourse bears nothing on the queen personally herself whom I have the greatest admiration for.

Not always a fan of jumpsuits, especially patterned ones, but I like this one.

I don't like the belt though.

The belt is from Natan, which may explain your (and my) dislike .

The belt ruins the outfit and not keen on the red shoes either,so-so look.

It's certainly not the worst jumpsuit Maxima has worn. The belt is too heavy and clunky for the fabric, and I agree that there is something off about the shoes. It's not her best King's Day appearance by a long shot, but it could have been so, so much worse, so I'm counting this on the plus side of the ledger.

Note that they did not leave the palace and that no visit was received. It purely was a short video and some photo's to virtually greet well-wishers.

The look is too busy, but it would be better without that belt.

Yes, definitely. I don’t like jumpsuits so it was never going to be a winner for me. For me, if it was a skirt the pattern would be ok.
