:previous: They look like fur-lined army boots . . . I bet her feet are warm though. :flowers:

The shoes really do spoil the look - a shame, because that purple colour is gorgeous on Victoria!

Victoria looks fantastic on all occasions! I especially love her red suit in today's photos, though.

Victoria at her greeting to the Swedes at SVT's "En kväll tillsammans" (An evening together), a live broadcast that shelved, encouraged and supported in the corona time, shown yesterday evening.
Victoria wore her dress from Rodebjer, very appropriate for Easter time.

I love the color of the dress. Perfect for Easter :flowers:

But there is something about the waist band and cuffs which is too distracting.

I can live with the colour but the dress resembles a sack pulled in at the neck an waist.

Victoria wears beautiful clothes and whether it is a pretty floral dress or an elegant pants suit you either like it or not but, this is the first time I can think of that she wore something downright hideous.

From what I can see this is a nice dress on Victoria. Mustard suits her a lot.

Ah, the ubiquitous camel coat. It looks great on Victoria and suits her colouring which is quite weird because it looks every bit good on Estelle with her fairer colouring. Actually it's cute that both she and Danial have a little mini-me.

On Friday at a video meeting with Almi Victoria had a new jacket from By Malina.

On Monday at a meeting with SeaBOS Victoria recycled her Ralph Lauren Maxine Pleated Silk Dress, I think this was the fourth time she wore it.
Yesterday at a digital visit to St Erik's Gymnasium and Riksgymnasiet för rörelsehindrade (Upper secondary school for pupils with severe physical disabilities) Victoria had another new jacket.

I love that she and Daniel treat every Zoom enabled engagement as they do physical meetings and dress accordingly. I have really been enjoying her wardrobe choices although the jury is still out on her borrowing Estelle's hair clip!

I'm not a fan of Victoria's jacket but she still manages to look fantastic in lockdown - kudos!

:previous: The colours are nice on Victoria but I'm not too keen on the design of this dress.

Yesterday Victoria paid attention to the World Ocean Day, by participating in the webinar "The Swedish Decade of Marine Research".
She wore a chiffon dress from Giambattista Valli X H&M Collection launched in November 2019. Such a beautiful dress, hoping to see a better photo at some other event of Victoria with it.

Beautiful dress, but she is again having her hair down, not good at all. The dress is from Frida Jonsvens or Ida Sjöstedt, I think. And it is not at all Victoria's style. She needs simple and elegant dresses, such which Pär Engsheden makes. She is not a young woman anymore and this floral dress doesn't suit her.

Gorgeous floral gown but it really deserves an updo hairstyle.

In my opinion, she looks fantastic in the dress and I LOVE LOVE LOVE her hair down. This isn't 1950 and women don't need to follow some antiquated ideas of what's too "young" or too "old" for them. Again, I think she looks fantastic.

I have confirmed that the gown is a Frida Jonsvens design. I first stumbled across her designs in 2018 and have been waiting for someone to wear her designs.

I think the Crown Princess looks smashing both with her hair down and in that fantastic dress. That's a Nobel worthy gown.

I have strong ideas of when hair should be up or down. IMO Victoria rarely gets it wrong but then she has been attending formal engagements since she was 18. This last gown looks amazing with her hair styled down and over one shoulder.

To me when hair is up it is because it compliments the neckline or accommodates a formal sash or the particular style of tiara, necklace or earrings. There is nothing worse than seeing specific points of interest obscured by tumbling hair or historic earrings and necklaces tangled in said jewels.

Those sorts of choices are of style and elegance and the Bernadotte ladies choose their hairstyles with care. I also believe consideration is given to how comfortable each particular tiara is and watching Victoria work with her latest tiara which affects her hairstyle choices.
