I think it is new, I can't rememver having seen it before. It's an IRIS & INK dress, currently still available.

I thought the dress was a tad on the boring side. Polka dots are everywhere and have been for a long time. A dress that looks like Mary's can be found everywhere. It's not very imaginative. I expected a bit more from Mary. The headband is nice though.
