Belgian Royal Family - Albert II Intime - Olivier Polet

Photographer Olivier Polet has made a photo book about King Albert, who celebrates the 20th aniversary of his reign next year.

You can find an RTL article about the book here and this week's TV Familie/Blik has a 16 pages spread with a lot of pictures.
Beautiful pictures of the whole family, celebrating Astrid's birthday, walking and horseriding in Ciergnon, at the first communion of Emmanuel,...

Olivier Polet allready made a book about Philippe and Mathilde (I think around their 5th wedding anniversary). On his website, you can find some beautiful pictures.

The French edition of this books is called . "Philippe de Belgique", you can order it at http://www.madraga.be
It costs 20 Euros without postage.

The book is too recent. The link http://editionsmardaga.com/Philippe-de-Belgique-671 says it was out the day before yesterday in Belgium and in "où acheter ce livre" they give names of bookstores that are not selling it yet.
I doubt Amazon France will sell it. My bet is Le Fouret du Nord.

The Life of His Majesty Albert, King of the Belgians

Hi, I've got a photo book about queen Astrid, title is " Astrid 1905-1935" by Ted Rosvall, its full of beautiful photos as a child, young woman, marriage to king Leopold of the Belgians and the tragic car accident. Keep in touch!

There is one photo book that I have, with old photos about the Belgian royal family, only in the dutch language, title is "The Royal Family Album" from Leopold the first to boudewijn.

New book on the Belgian Royal Family entitled "Princesses of Belgium".

Description:
Once she became the first queen of Belgium, now she is still known as Elisabeth of Belgium or with her title: Elisabeth de Brabant. The whole life of the Crown Princess was already mapped out before she was born. Since her impressive appearance on her eighteenth birthday also the international press noted the potential of Elisabeth.

She is now at peace with the fact that she will always be in the spotlight. But how does it go the life of a modern-day princess when there are no cameras around?

Based on dozens of interviews and their years of experience as a royalty watcher Brigitte Balfoort and Joëlle Vanden Houden an image of the current generation of Belgian princesses, from Elisabeth to Marie-Christine.
