Carl Philip was 9th at the first race (20 min + 1 lap). He was the best of the five drivers at Masters Cup (drivers over 40 years).

15 best drivers get points, Carl Philip is 6th after the first weekend. Two guest drivers were ahead him at both races, and they are not counted at the championship. Carl Philip leads the Masters Cup, drivers over 40 years.

- I aim as high as I can, the prince told Viaplay before the competition.
In the Porsche Carrera Cup, Carl Philip was back in the cab again. In his first race, the prince finished in ninth place after starting further back in the field.
But in the championship in the championship, Masters Cup for drivers over 40 years, the prince won a meritorious victory.
When Magnus Öhman and Thomas Karlsson were forced to break and Christoffer Bergström got a puncture, the prince was in the lead in the cup. A lead that he mastered could keep all the way into the goal.
This is not the first time that Prince Carl Philip has taken a victory on the racing track in Falkenberg. It was also where he took his first and so far only victory in the STCC, 2015.
- It's fun to be back. It will be exciting and fun to get out and drive, the prince told Viaplay before the competition.
However, he did not really dare to believe that it could be enough all the way to a victory in the Masters Cup.
- There are many in the starting field who have driven the Carrera Cup for many years and who have significantly more experience of the car than I have.
Despite this, Prince Carl Philip was able to win a nice victory in his debut, even though in the Carrera Cup itself, as I said, it was only a ninth place in the first race.
In the second race, Prince Carl Philip was able to show a stable run again, but he had a hard time advancing and finishing ninth again.
The result means that Prince Carl Philip now leads the Masters Cup with 42 points after the first weekend of competition.

Prince Carl Philip was back in the Porsche Carrera Cup Scandinavia. His comeback was successful. In the first race, he finished in ninth place, which gave victory in the Masters Cup - the class for drivers over 40 years - when favorite competitors such as Magnus Öhman, Christoffer Bergström and Thomas Karlsson were forced to retire.
In the second race, Prince Carl Philip took a new ninth place. It was enough for third place in the Masters Cup behind Öhman and Karlsson, who both got revenge for the zeros earlier in the day.
- Friday's test session was a disappointment, the qualifier better and today's victory and third place the finishing touch on a good premiere weekend. In the first heat, I drove more with my brain than my heart and felt that I did not need to push myself. And it was nice. In the second, it became a little more cumbersome with a little contact. It's exciting sometimes, says the prince and smiles.

After taking the finish flag as first and third in the premiere race in Falkenberg, Prince Carl tops the Masters Cup. He puts his strong efforts on tipped title candidates ahead of the competition at Dricecenter Arena in Fällfors on Wednesday 29 July.
Magnus Öhman and Christoffer Bergström were - and still are - the hottest title candidates in the Masters Cup, the class for drivers over 40 years. But the start of the season did not turn out at all as they had hoped. Both broke the initial race in the West Coast Race on 18 July. Another top-tipped driver, Thomas Karlsson, also zeroed.
The prince has 42 points in total in the class, 17 more than Öhman.
- Nice that I got so many points from the second heat, says Öhman and adds:
- The prince did what several of us others did not manage; finished in top positions in both heats.
Öhman is of course hoping for a better dividend for himself when the Porsche Carrera Cup Scandinavia visits Drivecenter Arena in Västerbotten on Wednesday.
- I go there to win both races in the Masters Cup. It's just a matter of combing, he says and smiles.
Prince Carl Philip was of course very pleased with his contribution to the premiere in Halland. However, Drivecenter Arena will be a new experience for him. He was not present when the track was inaugurated last summer. Öhman, Bergström and Karlsson were.

For Prince Carl Philip, who tops the Masters Cup before the competition in Karlskoga, the qualifier ended already on the third lap. He suffered technical difficulties and was forced to retire. Unfortunately, this means that he is forced to start last in both races on Saturday.

In the Masters Cup competes also Prince Carl Philip, who came to Gelleråsen Arena in the lead in the Masters Cup. He did not manage to secure the first place, but still accounted for an achievement that stood out and attracted attention.
Due to an engine failure in Friday's qualifier, Prince Carl Philip was forced to start last in both races on Saturday. In the first, he advanced strongly from the start and finally took the goal flag as the seventh man in total and third in the Masters Cup.
- Perhaps my best race in Porsche, said Prince Carl Philip, who had already advanced from 15th to seventh place after four laps.
His start attracted attention. Towards the first curve, he chose an outer track and rounded several of his competitors.
- But in the second heat it was a little harder because then the others knew I would get out there. Then that door was closed, said the prince and smiled.
In the second heat, he was on his way to another nice run-up when he from eighth place suddenly ended up off the track.
- I took in a little more than I needed, which unfortunately made me lose some control of the car.
After a pit stop, the prince was out on the track again, but he had lost three laps and had to settle for 13th place.
Despite the fine performance, Prince Carl Philip lost the lead in the Masters Cup to his teammate in the Mtech Competiton, Magnus Öhman.
- That's it, but we have not come halfway yet, he points out.

Carl Philip delivers this weekend Prince Carl Philip's Racing Cups to young drivers at karting races at GTR Motorpark in Eskilstuna.

This weekend it's time again for the "Prince Carl Philips Racing Cup" and on Friday they trained before the competition in Eskilstuna.
During Friday's training before the competition this weekend, Prince Carl Philip was involved in an accident. A tire came off during his third lap on the track, which caused the go-cart to go straight into the gravel where he then remained standing until everyone had finished driving. After that, his go-cart could be towed away and he could also be hit by a four-wheeler.
Princess Sofia has during previous competitions been cheering on her love, but this year she is not in place.
- She is not there. Because the prince goes racing and Princess Sofia stays at home with the children, said Margareta Thorgren.

Prince Carl Philip's Racing Cup is done without audience this year. The aim of the competition is to help promising young karting competitors in their racing careers.

During the Prince Carl Philips Racing Cup at GTR Motorpark, the third and final collection for the Cadetti Racing Tour was decided. After Falkenberg and Karlskoga, it was Eskilstuna's turn to receive the sport's youngest driver for three training heats.
Even though it was raining, the mood was at its peak among the young talents - and their parents. As usual, Prince Carl Philip was the prize-giver. This time he had the help of Johan Carlström from John Hatter & Co to distribute caps to all participants.

Mathilda Olsson from Uppsala finally got her victory in the Prince Carl Philips Racing Cup. After two failed finals, she won Rotax Max Senior superiorly at GTR Motorpark in Eskilstuna.
In the battle for the Prince's Cup in Rotax Max DD2, it was much tougher. Kenneth Hildrebrand and David Rehme took turns in the lead in the Super Final. However, the former, who is Rehme's head of KH Racing, pulled the longest straw.
Pontus Fredricsson, top driver in the Porsche Carrera Cup Scandinavia, finished third, after being chased by Max Lindén throughout the final.
In Rotax Max senior, the former world champion, the Dutchman Joey Hanssen was second before Felix Jansson.

On 29-30 August, Prince Carl Philip was in Eskilstuna to participate in the karting competition Prince Carl Philip's Racing Cup.
The Prince Carl Philip's Racing Cup was established in 2013 on the initiative of the Prince and aims to help young karting talents in their racing careers. In addition to a trophy, the competitors who come to the podium will also receive prizes in the form of test driving of race cars at Gelleråsen Arena in Karlskoga in October.
This year's winners were Mathilda Olsson who won in Rotax Max Senior and Kenneth Hildebrand who won in Rotax Max DD2.

Fifth was Magnus Öhman who thus won the Masters Cup. Second at the class became yesterday's sensationalist, Krister Andero, and third Prince Carl Philip, who ended up off the track after a collision with Hugo Andersson at the beginning of the race, but from the twelfth and last position he drove up strongly and crossed the finish line as the eighth man.

In the Masters Cup, the class for drivers over 40, Krister Andero, Magnus Öhman and Prince Carl Philip were the winners. Andero hit something sensational in Friday's race, but on Saturday Öhman and Prince Carl Philip took over at the top of the results list.
- Super good weekend in terms of placement and I took a firmer grip on first place in the Masters Cup, said Öhman whose result in the class was 2-1-2.
- But I also think it was fun that Andero got to take his first victory and that Prince Carl Philip got to step up to the top of the podium again. It is fun to compete in a class where it is so even that everyone has a chance to win, he added.
Prince Carl Philip was also pleased afterwards. After a rather messy weekend with a lot of sheet metal contact, he showed stability in the final race and took his second class victory of the season.
- Finally a little revenge, but it was sweaty for a while, admitted the prince who despite intense courtship from, among others, Öhman managed to hold off to victory.

Alexander is almost a carbon copy of his cousin Estelle! Gabriel reminds me of a Sofia (but in blonde!). Cute to see them.
 
Two last races at Porsche Carrera Cup Scandinavia at Ring Knutstorp on Saturday.

Magnus Öhman, 58, made his debut in the Porsche Carrera Cup Scandinavia at the end of the 2013 season. After that, the Stockholmer has not actually missed a single race - or a single race! A more faithful and reliable driver than that, a championship can not wish for.
With a 43-point lead over second-placed teammate in the Mtech Competition, Prince Carl Philip, Öhman only needs to finish in the first heat on Saturday to secure the gold. Regardless of placement in the class, he then gets the points he needs.
- I will go down to Skåne and qualify well, have fun and not do any stupid things in the race. That's what it's about, Öhman says.

Carl Philip made one of his best qualifiers during his comeback season in the Porsche Carrera Cup Scandinavia. His tenth place overall means that for the first time this year he was the fastest qualifier in the Masters Cup, the class for drivers over 40 years. Prince Carl Philip has two wins so far in the class. On Saturday, he gets two new chances to win.
Before the final, the Masters Cup is topped by Magnus Öhman, who only needs to finish in Saturday's opening heat to secure the title. Second in the class is Prince Carl Philip.

On Wednesday 14 October, Prince Carl Philip participated in the test day at Gelleråsen in Karlskoga for the winners of the Prince Carl Philips Racing Cup.
During the weekend of 29-30 August, the Prince Carl Philips Racing Cup 2020 was raced at the karting competitions at GTR Motorpark in Eskilstuna. The purpose of the competition is to help young karting talents in their racing careers. In addition to the winners of Rotax Max Senior and Rotax Max DD2, the two and three in each class can also participate in test driving at Gelleråsen.
During the day, the Prince told about track racing and his own experiences. The winners then had to test drive the Porsche 718 Cayman GT4 Clubsport.

Magnus Öhman, champion of the Masters Cup, is also registered and the same applies to his main challengers this season, Prince Carl Philip and Thomas Karlsson.
