'De Daily Dutch' was the daily newspaper distributed by the Dutch at the Holland Heineken House in Beijing. The nwespaper asked Hugo Brinkman, who sold costumes and cloths in the Heineken House, what his best memory of the Olympics was. He said that that was when princess Maxima came to his shop to buy a polo shirt.... Shortly afterwards the prince Willem-Alexander came to the shop to exchange the polo shirt. Maxima had apparently bought a ladies polo for her husband.

Oh that is funny.......At least he came back himself to exchange it......These two look really close, as if they enjoy each other's company. It is very nice.

LOL. It was those huge flower earrings of hers that initially distracted me from the nose-picking. Both were -

I loved Maxima and Alexander at the Olympics, no matter the faults that others would like to pick out. Maxima is my favorite of the royal set simply because she seems so real. I feel like her outrageous personality is a bit like mine, so I always love seeing her amazing smile that is so big you can see every single one of her molars. And at these games you saw just how wild Maxima could be, dancing along at Holland House like that! I could not imagine any other Crown Princess doing that, and that is what makes Maxima, Maxima. She is unlike any other in my opinion, and I guess that's what Alexander meant when he told a reporter "that's why I love her" in the video I'll post below. A lot of Olympic stuff is mixed in this video, along with segments from the summer photo shoot. (You have to click the blue bar at the top of the video in order to be transported to youtube to view it because the creator has disabled embedding)
