I didn't see this event on the calendar yesterday, was this an unofficial event but then the royal house did write about it? Do they write about unofficial events too?

Queen Máxima attended the inaugural lecture of Professor Jumoke Oduwole as Prince Claus Chairholder at the International Institute of Social Studies (ISS) in Den Haag today, May 20. The lecture was entitled 'International Law and The Right to Development: a Pragmatic Approach for Africa'.
