Apparently, ice cream is very popular in Argentina. The article is highlighting a local ice-cream maker. The authors discuss the amount of ice cream consumed by Argentines each year. Even though ice cream is available by delivery or in stores, Argentines still like to go to the ice cream parlor.
This particular ice cream maker offers some unusual flavors, such as mate, tomato, potato, quince, etc. Maxima has inspired a flavor, but the authors decline to state what exactly that flavor is.
Sorry if I missed anything. My Spanish isn't the greatest these days.

Indeed, ice-cream (not the industrial one, but the "artesanal" one, made by each ice cream parlor with fresh ingredients) is a cult here. The way the guy shapes it before it is handled to you is incredibly amusing to see...
As sgl correctly says, the article doesnt state what the "Máxima" flavor tastes like. Just for fun, I phoned the ice cream parlor and they said they don't manufacture it anymore...

That is an awful photo of the Princess.
There is a photo online of the princess & friends where two cigarettes can be seen. The main websites have removed the photo. It seems the king and queen are in for a lot of trouble to keep the princess off social media.

Were they asked to do so by the royal household?

I don't like it either. And I guess, Alexia herself isn't happy about it either, as she seems rather well-aware of her image.

Princess Alexia's photograph is awful. I agree with the above critics.

Isn't she the one who was born with some type of respiratory problem and has been hospitalized several times...or is it the youngest one?

I hate how both the media and the public are creating a picture of Princess Alexia as a rebel, as a heartbreaker etc... Let the girl be what she wants instead of forcing a narrative on her. That didn't work well for Stephanie, Madeleine, Harry and several more

The media loves the "rebel princess" narrative and will use any little thing they can find to portray it.

What is the legal age for smoking in the Netherlands?
I recall the newly married Princess Máxima being privately photographed smoking but I don't know if she has continued or if she stopped.
Hola! obviously chose the most unflattering photo of the young princess to sell their story of her being a rebel.

Interesting. I didn't know the Netherlands had no age limit on smoking. So if it's true Alexia smokes, it's not technically illegal in the Netherlands but it still doesn't give off a "princess" image and that's what the media seems to be playing up.

In other countries, people understand the "minimum age to buy tobacco" products as the same as a minimum age for smoking.
If Princess Alexia smokes, but she is not old enough to buy tobacco, then I assume someone is illegally supplying her cigarettes or whatever tobacco product she uses.
Unfortunately, smoking is very common among European royals, including, surprisingly, the younger generations. I use the word "surprising" because, in America, smoking tobacco is not really common among teens anymore although vaping is quickly becoming a pandemic and cannabis is also quite popular.

In Portugal also the minimum age to buy tobacco I think is at 18 years.
But anyone before that age can smoke, if they can somehow get cigarettes.
Despite all the campaign that exists for young people not to start smoking, many young people still start smoking and at very young ages.
In previous generations, of the people who are now about 30 years old (my generation) it was normal for young people to start smoking very early, and that is happening again. People seem to have no notion of the harm that tobacco does.

Smoking is discouraged in the Netherlands as well: commercials for smoking aren't allowed, in stores tobacco can't be visible for sale (so locked in a cabinet or something).
But just to be clear, P.Alexia isn't doing anything *illegal* by smoking in this country.

The smoking policy is the same as drinking: purchase under 18 is not allowed but it is not illegal to smoke or drink at 16. In contrary to portrayals in American media of Europe being under a suffocating socialist dictatorship rule without any freedoms and liberties left, in the end anyone has an individual choice and an own responsibility.
