This week's edition of Gente magazine has an extensive article and a lot of pictures of Máxima's stay in Buenos Aires, last week.

Caras magazine (you can click on "Ampliar y ver más fotos", to go through the picture gallery)
Caras Revista | | La sorpresiva visita de Máxima por el día del padre
Máxima also appears on the bottom of the cover.
The media was amazed by the fact that she made her van stop to step out and go into an ATM (and apparently, waited for other client to finish a transaction, as everyone else does)...

WOW! It seems that Princess Maxima visits Argentina as much as she can! I'm happy of it, for her parents could see their grand-daughters many times in a same year. But at the same time, the Princess seems to be very happy at the Netherlands wich is wonderful too.

Well, nothing new, they are mainly pictures ... it explains what De Horsten is, they talk about the girls growing up, Amalia at school, their plans to get a summer residence in Mozambique...excerpts from the princely couple's dialogue with the press at the photoshoot.

An article by La Nacion on Luque and a mother of the Plaza del Mayo's meeting with princess Maxima and the prince of Orange. Apparently Maxima is a fan of soccorclub Ajax while Willem-Alexander supports Feyenoord. Maxima is also a supporter of Maradona's old club Boca Juniors.

And Willem Alexander supports River Plate, says the article (River is Boca's traditional opposite team).
Both the football player and the mother met Máxima at their residence on November 24th. They brought her a copy of a book that talks about the 1978 World Football Cup and the military regime in Argentina, from a Dutch perspective.
In the article, it says that the Mother told Máxima that it had been difficult at first for her to dissociate the story of the Princess from her father's, and that they intended Máxima to "read that book to her children in the future, so to make them understand what had been going on."

I was wondering; Was the wedding of the Maxima and Willem-Alexander broadcasted on tv in or in the magazines in Argentina a lot?
But it's the other way around Verde Esmeralda; W-A is an Ajax-supporter and Maxima has the most sympathy with Feyenoord.
Fools, they still don't know that the only club in NL is PSV

I am not sure what this article from la Nacion says but I believe they have a flavour of icecream inspired by Princess Maxima:
Quote:
