Today, May 16, King Willem-Alexander has sworn in a new Councilor of State in the Advisory Division of the Council of State. And he received Commissioner Adema from the province of North Brabant and Commissioner Polman from the province of Zeeland to discusses current issues at provincial level:

King Willem-Alexander visited the Airmobile Brigade of the Royal Netherlands Army in Schaarsbergen today, May 18. The unit prepares for a deployment on NATO territory in Eastern Europe:

Today, May 25, King Willem-Alexander received the Ambassadors of Djibouti and Ethiopia, he swore in a counselor in the Tax Chamber of the Supreme Court of the Netherlands, he received the State Secretary of Infrastructure and Water Management and the State Secretary of Health, Welfare and Sport:

And this evening King Willem-Alexander was present at the celebration in honour of the 60th anniversary of the American Chamber of Commerce in the Netherlands in Amsterdam:

With his cousin HRH Prince Carlos of Bourbon Parma in attendance as well,almost at the top,middle.

Love the pic and outfit of the Ambassador of Ethiopia,as in the days of Emperor Haile Selassie,beautifull.

Meeting his anscestor, so it seems ;).

Vincent Metzel, who's photos were exhibited, has made a lot of pictures of the royal family. The King must know him relatively well.
