No, Haakon and Marius are on a surfing trip to the Lofoten while the CPss is in Portofino with the 2 younger ones.
For the matter of smoking: Everyone who watches the Royals knows, that a lot of them smoke, even if they´re not often pictured doing that in public.
The greek princes Philippos, Nikolaos and Pavlos as well as Prss Theodora even smoked walking to Prcss Madeleine´s bridal soiree on the street, Princess Madeleine smokes, as well as Martha Louise from Norway (don´t know if Haakon still smokes, but he has definetely done so), Prince Harry (not sure about William?), many members of the danish royal family, Prcss Caroline and her children etc. etc.
So, this is all to known and you could agree or disagree with it. But I find it quite "surprising" that, every time a Royal has been photographed smoking, people make fuss about it, pretending this was a kind of outrageous news....
What I find much more annoying are paparazzi taking photos of the Princess while relaxing or taking off her bikini (though she did it, of course, in a very discreet manner)....
