I agree with you that sometimes CP Mette-Marit appear in a not too suitable outfit. But she alone is not to blame, she does have stylists that she work with. So perhaps they should get with the program!! And she probably has a word with the Queen who is a veteran in the game too.

And then again, Norwegians aren't such a pomp and circumstance people either, and the royals reflect that I think. The Golden Rule in Norway is and always has been (smart or not) that one shall not be different from anybody else. We are a modest people :)

Okay, the outfit was not right for the occasion, but neither would tiaras or ballgowns have been either.

I really liked her brown suit, that she wore when leaving Krakow. It seemed to be a nice way of wearing the dark colours that she seems to be so fond of, without wearing black.

Another thing: It's really strange, but I can see more of a baby-bump on Mette-Marit in these pictures, than on some of the others who're further along.

Yes, I've noticed that too. It's commented on the Se og Hør weekend issue, I know that Se og Hør isn't the most reliable source, but right now it's my only source of royal new

At least on the cover they compared M-M and Mary, showing that M-M was showing more tummy that Mary who is further in to her pregnancy. I don't think they can compare like that, becuase M-M has given birth twice before and Mary non, and as far as I can understand pregnancies does something to the elasticity of the muscles, meaning that the more pregnancies a woman has been through the more "loose" the muscles are.

One thing is for sure, it's going to be a really exciting summer, autumn and winter this year
