Crown Princely Couple Official Visit to Vietnam: March 18 - 21, 2014
Crown Prince Haakon and Crown Princess Mette-Marit will visit Vietnam from March 18 to 21, 2014.
The couple visits Vietnam with Industry Minister Monica Mæland, state secretaries Morten Høglund (UD) and Amund Ringdal (NFD) and a business delegation. Vice President Nguyen Thi Doan will be host.
The reason for the visit are the good and versatile bilateral relations between Vietnam and Norway and a growing interest in Vietnam in the Norwegian sector.
The couple begins their visit in the north, at the capital Hanoi, arriving at the hotel the night of March 18. The official program in Hanoi on March 19 includes a courtesy visit to the President, Vice President and Prime Minister. The couple will also attend a friendship concert with Vietnamese and Norwegian musicians at the opera house in Hanoi. At 20th March, the couple visits Hué. March 21 will be devoted to business events in Ho Chi Minh City.

I really love Haakon and M-M introducing themselves simply with "I´m Haakon/ Mette".
When the cyclist first didn´t understand the CPesses name he asked again, so he was really interested who he would drive around (normally it´s more like "Okay, just sit down and off we go!")
