The Crown Princess was totally appropriately dressed due to weather conditions (chilly with a constant drizzle) as you can see from the photos!
Other than the kids MM had to spend much more time outside, walking around, inspecting and giving interviews in the rain.
These province visits, especially in autumn, are never "high heels and white glove occasions" in Norway due to its topography and climate.
