Crown Prince couple's visit to Nordland: September 9th - 11th, 2014

It looks quite chilly there but according to weather.com it's only around 60F. I'm wondering if it feels colder than it is as they seem to be bundled up some for September.
Of course my perspective may be warped since I'm in Texas and it will be about 100F again today and tomorrow. We are expecting a "cool front" by Friday with temps in the 80s. It makes me wish I could join the royal tour!
